Refund Policy
VAIDARC Education Services LLP strives to provide transparent and fair refund and cancellation practices. By enrolling in any of our programs, you acknowledge and agree to the following policy.
Course admissions are confirmed only after successful payment of the applicable fees. Once a course has commenced, fees paid are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by VAIDARC.
Students who wish to cancel their enrollment before the commencement of classes may submit a written cancellation request. Refund eligibility, if any, will be determined after deducting applicable administrative charges and processing fees.
Customized one-to-one learning plans are developed specifically for individual students. Once the learning schedule has been finalized or classes have begun, refunds will generally not be applicable.
For small batch courses, cancellation requests received before batch commencement may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Once a batch has started, refunds are generally not available.
Admission fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
For tablet rental programs, the refundable security deposit (where applicable) will be returned after successful inspection of the returned tablet. The device must be returned in good working condition along with all accessories. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in deductions from the refundable deposit.
Students purchasing tablet ownership plans shall not be eligible for returns once the device has been activated or delivered, except in cases covered under applicable warranty terms.
Monthly Notes Subscription charges are non-refundable for the billing period already processed. Subscribers may cancel future renewals before the next billing cycle.
STEM Education Kits may only be replaced if the product is received damaged, defective, or incomplete. Any such issue should be reported within seven days of delivery along with supporting photographs.
Refunds, where approved, will normally be processed within 7–15 business days through the original payment method.
VAIDARC reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not comply with this policy or where services have already been substantially delivered.
