Shipping Policy
VAIDARC Education Services LLP provides shipping and delivery services for physical educational products including monthly study notes, STEM education kits, tablets, and other learning resources.
Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, holidays, and operational requirements.
Printed study notes are generally dispatched within 3–5 business days after order confirmation. Monthly subscriptions are shipped according to the applicable subscription schedule.
STEM Education Kits are generally dispatched within 3–7 business days, while tablets may require additional processing time depending on availability and configuration requirements.
Delivery timelines vary based on the customer’s location and logistics partner. Most domestic deliveries are completed within 5–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, transportation delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. VAIDARC shall not be responsible for delays, additional charges, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or incomplete contact information.
Upon dispatch, customers may receive shipment updates through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other available communication channels whenever tracking services are available.
If a package appears damaged during delivery, customers are advised to refuse delivery where possible or immediately notify us within 48 hours with clear photographs of the package and its contents.
In the event that an order is lost during transit, VAIDARC will coordinate with the logistics partner to investigate the shipment. Appropriate replacement or resolution will be provided after verification.
Delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly communicated during the checkout process. Promotional offers providing free shipping may be available from time to time.
International shipping, if offered in the future, may involve customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country. Such charges shall be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Orders may occasionally experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances including natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, government regulations, or force majeure events. In such cases, VAIDARC will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed.
